About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing and repairs. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering clear communication and excellent service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service
- Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repair work
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure work is completed efficiently
