What You’ll Be Doing
You’re basically the glue that keeps everything running smoothly:
Creating an awesome guest experience using our Code standards
Supporting servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts
Prepping food and helping dishes get out fast and accurately
Keeping lanes, equipment, and dining areas clean and guest-ready
Turning tables, rolling silverware, and resetting spaces like a pro
Making sure our guests feel extra welcome
Communicating between Front of House and Back of House
Staying organized, stocked, and ready for whatever the shift brings
