Job Description
F & B Service Lead/ Service Captain - WorkingHours: 6 days work week and able to work on weekends / public holidays (44hrs )
- Location: Dempsey /Dairy Farm / Eng Kong Park /Namly /Serangoon Garden /Swan Lake
- Salary: Up to $ 2800
Requirements: - At least GCE āNā level or its equivalent
- Preferably 1 yearsupervisory experience in F & B ā cafes / restaurants / similar capacity
- Able to work on weekends / public holiday
Job Scope: - Ensure excellent guest experience through providing of warm and genuine service
- Ensure product items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
- Ensure proper opening and / or closing of the outlet while adhering to Company SOP
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health / sanitation regulations
