Service Charge Accountant

£200-£250 per day – Interim (3–6 months) – Liverpool – Hybrid

Role Overview

Service Charge Accountant required to join a not‑for‑profit organisation based in Liverpool. The role supports the Senior Service Charge Officer, preparing statements of accounts, accruals, prepayments and analysing financial information to support future stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing statement of accounts
• Monthly reconciliations
• Utilising and setting up processes, procedures and contracts
• Undertaking ad‑hoc projects and identifying process improvements
• Assisting with the monthly management report
• Inputting financial data to enable benchmarking
• Business partnering with Managers and Executives

Qualifications & Skills

• Ideally Qualified / Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CCAB or equivalent
