We are currently looking for a Service Continuity Process Owner to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
Implement and drive the Service Continuity Process as a practice within Dimension Data MEA. Drive Continuity through governance and efficiency via the practice, an effective services governance framework that is consistent with general requirements and industry best practices/standards is developed, maintained and adhered to. Assist the DD team to operational and service excellence by means of effective implementation and execution.
