Ensure proper and timely incident registration, diagnosis and setting work processes to ensure smooth optimum work-flow to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate closely with service desk team to ensure high operational performance. Act as top technical and operational escalation point over the incident management cycle.
