Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Country Business Manager, service managers, on forecasting, revenue and ongoing customer Business related activities. End-to-End Order fulfillment from Opportunity to Quote to Customer Purchase order up to Delivery and cash collection escalations. Sales Orders Backlog follow up, work closely with HQ team to align customer requirements, supply dates and shipping plan. Manage customer orders in ERP system to ensure all data is uploaded and facilitate order approval and invoice process with finance. Customer payment coordination, tracking to ensure timely collection. Work closely with the Service engineers, manage service call fulfillment and re-ordering from HQ. Manage Customer returns of faulty parts to HQ for repair (RMA). Responsible for regular documentation preparations for business with legal.
