We are looking for a high-performing Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our Managed Services team, responsible for driving exceptional service outcomes, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring long-term customer success.
This is a critical role where you will act as a relentless customer advocate —owning service delivery end-to-end, proactively managing risk, and ensuring there is no gap between what is promised and what is delivered.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Senior Technical Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to coordinate delivery across our key customers, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless execution across both Managed Services and Professional Services.
