Service Delivery Manager (Cloud)
We are hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT operations across cloud and managed services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Day-2 operations (Cloud, Network, Systems, Security)
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and manage incident, problem, and change processes
- Drive ITIL governance, compliance, and service improvements
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and customer engagement (MBR/QBR)
- Lead major incidents, DR scenarios, and operational readiness
Requirements
- 5–8 years in IT Service Delivery / Operations (cloud or managed services)
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- Exposure to governance/compliance (ISO27001 preferred)
