About the Role As the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery and release management of the new banking platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
Keeping a comprehensive overview of the project and its activities to guarantee a dependable and strong solution. Handling the triage of new issues as they come up, ensuring they are resolved swiftly and effectively. Supervising the transition of processes from implementation support stages to the Bank’s Service Management frameworks.
