This Tier 1 position involves working closely with clients to address their IT needs, from desktop support to network troubleshooting. You will be part of a collaborative Service Team and have the opportunity to continuously improve your skills in a fast-paced environment. Participate in an on-call schedule to provide additional support as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt IT support for customers onsite and remotely
• Troubleshoot desktops, peripherals, and networking devices
• Track and prioritize end-user incidents and service requests
• Document service interactions and escalate as needed
