Responsibilities

• Device imaging and provisioning for enterprise laptop refresh and deployment initiatives
• Workstation setup using Windows 10/11, Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD), Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow
• Data migration and hardware troubleshooting for deployed devices
• Asset lifecycle tracking and compliance validation
• End‑user support during deployments

Qualifications

• Technology‑related university degree or college diploma
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years supporting enterprise laptop refresh projects
• Bilingual in English and French
