Service Desk Engineer/ Call Centre Agent
to perform
24/7 Service Desk/ Call Support
to ensure customer's enterprise IT services are addressed and to restore normal IT service to affected users as quickly as possible. Responsibilities: Involved in acting as a single point of contact to Customers/Users and Third party service providers. Responsible for monitoring enterprise IT Network, Systems and Servers. Handle Hotline Calls and e-Mails within agreed timeline. Take ownership of incidents/service requests reported by users, track the incidents/service requests, to ensure closure within agreed timescales. Maintain documentation and comprehensive records of issues and problems Requirements: Minimum Higher NITEC in Information Technology or related field of study 1 to 2 years of working experience.
