For a self-driven and self-starter, Service Desk Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract.

  • You have at least 1-3 years' experience in service desk support working on incident, change and/or problem management processes.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge on ITIL with a certification being a massive PLUS!
