Responsibilities
Field Service & Site Operations
Execute erection, commissioning, and troubleshooting concrete batching plants and related equipment
Perform diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
Support planned maintenance, breakdown interventions, and plant upgrades
Supervise plant modifications, retrofits, and technical site works
Provide operator and maintenance training on-site
Aftersales Coordination & Technical Interface
Coordinate technical aftersales cases with factories and internal stakeholders
Follow up on warranty topics, technical escalations, and service actions
Support spare parts identification and service offer preparation
