Responsible for the services work on products as well as systems within the organization and possible support overseas clientsResolving servicing issues, identify spare parts, carry out repairs (e.g. mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control technology, pneumatic.)Carry out preventive servicing in accordance to servicing listIdentify needed spare parts, confirm and arrange on order with customers.Provide interim solutions with in-house service and management as well as discuss with customer.
