Responsibilities

• Provide field service, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment
• Diagnose technical problems, perform troubleshooting and corrective actions
• Train clients or users on equipment operation and preventive maintenance
• Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and service documentation
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering for product improvements and feedback
• Travel to client sites (within Metro Manila or other locations as needed)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or related field
• 2–5 years of service/field engineering experience
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems
• Good customer-facing skills, problem-solving, and communication
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule
