• Provide in-house and on-site technical product support and installation.
• Identify, analyse, and repair product failures; order replacement parts as required.
• Conduct technical product training and user training for customers
• Support sales & service teams at events/workshops
• Perform routine servicing (contract & warranty).
• Plan and conduct Preventive Maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Maintain excellent rapport and a healthy working relationship with customers.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Imaging / Radiology (or equivalent)
