Job Description
Responsibilities: - Perform on-site installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for end users such as scientists, engineers, and distributors.
- Engage with customers to understand service issues and deliver effective technical solutions for scientific and analytical instruments, including Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, and ICP systems.
- Work closely with internal sales teams and regional technical support to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for preventive maintenance and service contracts.
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer enquiries.
