Key Responsibilities - Installation & Commissioning: Install, test, and commission new HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, VRF, AHUs) according to specifications.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance—cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating parts—to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures, repairing or replacing components efficiently.
- Technical Support & Documentation: Create maintenance reports, keep detailed records, and offer technical direction to junior technicians.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand problems, provide solutions, and handle warranty claims.
