Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
- Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer site.
- Install new test machines and software upgrades.
- Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
- Non‑experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
- Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
- Can travel overseas on short notice.
- Is flexible to work on selected weekends and public holidays (Following PM schedule).
- Is self‑driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job.
