Job Description

Overall Job Responsibility

This role seeks to drive the implementation of post‑18 disability programmes which are being piloted. This includes working with the appointed service partners for the Enabling Services Hub (ESH) and community partners to help the ESH pilots achieve the key objectives and outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in supporting the Assistant Director (Service Management and Partnerships) to (i) oversee partnership management and engagement; and (ii) Project and Service Management.
