Service Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Service Manager to join our team in Camrose, AB. This position will have support from a great leadership team, the ability to grow a department, lead an exceptional service team, review service department metrics and interact with customers on a regular basis.

What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?

• Responsible for overseeing the operations of the service department, which includes, but not limited to:
  • Providing leadership and coaching to the service department (a Service Writer, Shop Foreman and Service Technicians)
  • Completing annual performance reviews, performance management meetings as needed, and interviewing candidates for open positions
  • Reviewing service department metrics, department goals and financial objectives
  • Managing expenses
  • Creating annual budgets, in collaboration with the Branch Manager
