Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of IT services and projects to ensure they meet defined SLAs, timelines, and quality standards
- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to define, establish, and formalize Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes
- Coordinate across technical teams to manage incident resolution and service restoration within agreed SLAs
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Conduct daily stand-ups and regular progress reviews with project and operations teams
- Oversee change management processes, including review and approval of change requests
- Support root cause analysis and problem management to prevent recurring issues
- Coordinate resource allocation and resolve scheduling conflicts across teams
