Analyze operational data across service teams to identify trends, risks, and performance gapsDevelop dashboards and reports to support regular reviews, strategic planning, and leadership updatesAlign analytics with field operations and business goals by collaborating with regional management.Deliver insights for Cross-BU and Monthly Ops meetings to support strategic initiatives.Use Power BI, MS365, and Power Automate to automate workflows and enhance data accuracyIdentify automation opportunities and standardize reporting processes for continuous improvement.Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with KLA’s global standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing reporting processes.Minimum Qualifications
