Job Description
Planning service engineer schedule. Coordinating with customers and cooperating with the sales and service team for smooth operation. Arranging and controlling service schedules and creating a task via Service software for both normal and urgent cases. Involving and maintaining ISO to ensure the system still be a good operation. Controlling and monitoring the service contact center, including the hotline. Responding to Control Service software to ensure presently information is updated. Preparing accurate and reliable PM documents, calibration, service contracts, reports, data summaries, and other related documents. Handling other's duties as an assignment. Qualifications
