What you'll do
- Eyes on glass monitoring of network monitoring tools. Proactively monitor network performance using CLI and network management tools.
- Identify anomalies and take swift action to prevent service degradation.
- Receive inbound calls to the NOC (FE, 3rd parties, suppliers, partners).
- Manage inbound / outbound access requests.
- Triage network faults and alerts raised through Comarch / Sev-One / Spark auto-ticketing.
- Raise Spark tickets and assign / callout appropriate support teams across Group Networks.
