The Role:
You’ll guide customers through their options, handle incoming leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and convert customer leads.
Recommend suitable cleaning services.
Keep detailed CRM records.
Meet and exceed monthly targets.
Support customers throughout the booking process.
