Your main function for this position:
Service Sales Executive spends most of the time building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services outside current customer base.
Responsibilities and key activities:
Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team
Responsible for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
Responsible for finding customer needs and that KONE’s solution matches with the needs
Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority
Validates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome
