Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide service support for customers – to both external and internal
- Provide accurate information and timely generation of Service Reports
- Support our service team and ensure daily smooth operations
- Assist in procurement of inventory stock
- Pro-actively participate in improvement plans and ERP system
Requirements - Minimum Diploma holder in any field, with at least 2 – 3 years of experience
- Meticulous & detailed-oriented
- Able to meet deadlines and multi-task
