JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a reliable, highly communicative Service Technician to join our team immediately. You will start as a part-time contractor with side-by-side training for the first week. If you prove your technical capability and alignment with our standards, you will quickly transition into independent work and steady, full-time hours as we scale our business operations.
Day to day
• Flexible Scheduling: Shifts target a standard 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM window but there is a lot of flexibility around hours and timing to maximize time.
• Pre-Arrival Communication: Review the daily schedule, call the customer on the day of the service to provide an accurate ETA, and immediately flag any routing delays with the customer at least an hour in advance if things run sideways.
