White Star Machinery is seeking a Field Service Technician! This role will be responsible for providing quality repair services on Bobcat equipment in order to meet customer needs. This includes performing basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned construction equipment. We offer in house training.
Monday – Friday dayshift
Perform inspections required to determine cause of failure following established guidelines.
Effective repair of machine components in the field with high quality.
Recondition and repair equipment and components.
Pre-order all parts and materials required for assigned repairs.
Ensure all repairs are completed as assigned and cosmetic appearance meets standards.
Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases.
Report all record keeping daily from the field, even when not returning daily to the company.
