Responsibilities
Carry out the service of ICT products such as workstations, laptops, phones (Apple, Samsung, etc.), and tablets.
- Installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Repair and replace equipment including terminals, modems, printers, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems.
- Dismantle laptops/desktop computers for component replacement, storage and RAM upgrades, data recovery, and backup.

Select, download, install, and use updated software and programs for developing products.
