Job Summary You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ophthalmic equipment while providing user training and technical support to ensure optimal device performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install and commission ophthalmic equipment Perform routine maintenance and servicing Perform calibration, diagnosis, and testing of equipment Provide user training and technical support Maintain service records and documentation Follow safety and company procedures Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by senior staff Internal or external training will be provided Strong teamwork skills required Driving licence is an added advantage
