. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field . Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital transformation projects . Proven track record of at least 2 successful ServiceNow implementations . Strong background in enterprise SaaS platforms (ServiceNow expertise required)
