years’ experience across ServiceNow Design and Development.

– ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, Integrations, Portals, JavaScript
Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas
Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components
Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped App, reports, script includes, Knowledge management, loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform map
