Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Proven experience in ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.
Skills:
