- ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC).
- Hands on Experience in implementing ServiceNow
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in implementing best practices for ServiceNow Platform.
- 4 years of ITSM experience.
- Hands implementation experience using ServiceNow modules like, Onboarding, Predictive Intelligence, Process Mining, Employee Center Pro, Now Mobile.
