Job Description
- Design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules
- Customize forms, fields, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts
- Develop and support Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and actions to automate business processes
- Implements and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Configure and customize Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities such as cases, service portals, and omnichannel experiences
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure performance optimization, error handling, and secure coding best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
