Job Description

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules
  • Customize forms, fields, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts
  • Develop and support Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and actions to automate business processes
  • Implements and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Configure and customize Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities such as cases, service portals, and omnichannel experiences
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure performance optimization, error handling, and secure coding best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
