Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM (Change & Release Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, primarily Change Management and Release Management.
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Develop and maintain risk-based approval processes and routing mechanisms.
• Implement Change Lifecycle Automation and Release Management processes.
• Configure Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Major Change workflows.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for operational visibility.
• Create Catalog Items, Record Producers, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Configure notifications, SLAs, approvals, and escalation workflows.
