ABOUT THE JOB

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
