Requirements :-

• Must have experience in ServiceNow Portal.
• Scripting and Integration is mandatory.
• CSA and CAD certifications mandatory.
• Develop, configure, and implement solutions in ServiceNow ITSM module including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM combined with at least one module: HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, or Service Portal.
• Design and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
