Job Description
Responsibilities - Design and build custom applications, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow.
- Develop catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Contribute to multi-module projects (CSM, HRSD, FSM, AppEngine, ITOM, SecOps, IRM).
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs.
- Work in Agile squads, demo features, and continuously improve delivery.
Requirements - 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub skills.
- CSA certification + at least one CIS certification.
- Experience with at least one or more modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, IRM).
- Agile delivery experience.
