Role Overview:

In addition to the responsibilities of the ‘ServiceNow Developers’, the Senior Developer will also be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership of the client implementation on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solution quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical design and development of ServiceNow solution using App Engine and CSM components

Own solution architecture, configuration standards, and coding guidelines

Review and approve technical designs, scripts, integrations, and data models

Guide developers and integration specialists during build and defect resolution

Ensure minimal customization and maximum use of OOTB ServiceNow capabilities

Support data migration and integration design decisions

Coordinate with QA during SIT/UAT to resolve defects

Support release planning, cutover, and go-live activities
