Strong knowledge of HAM, SAM , CMDB, asset lifecycle management, workflows, and ServiceNow platform customization.

Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow ITAM solutions.

Hands-on experience with integrations, reporting, dashboards, scripting (JavaScript), and troubleshooting platform issues.

Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
