Required Skills & Experience

• 4–10 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2–3 years in ITAM.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and/or HAM.
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, and ITIL processes.
• Experience in integrating discovery/licensing tools (SCCM, Tanium, Flexera, Snow, BigFix).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITAM (SAM/HAM) certification preferred.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping for better CMDB alignment.
• Experience with SaaS license management (O365, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.).
