Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Integrate Discovery and Service Mapping with CMDB to ensure accurate service and configuration data.
• Configure and customize patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Servers .
• Troubleshoot and optimize Service Mapping and Discovery performance .
• Collaborate with technical teams to align ITOM solutions with business and operational needs.
• Support escalation handling and ensure ITOM processes align with Incident, Change, and Problem Management .
