Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement ITOM modules in ServiceNow including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational IntelligenceConduct requirement analysis and work with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needsDevelop and maintain CMDB health by ensuring proper CI class relationships and data integrityIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party applications/tools as needed for ITOM use casesConfigure MID servers, probes, sensors, patterns, and credentialsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in ITOM implementations and CMDB integrationsProvide operational support and continuous improvement for ITOM features and functionalityPrepare technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and end-user guides Job Requirements:
