ServiceNow Managing Consultant | Netherlands | Hybrid | Up to €100k (total salary package)

I'm working with a consultancy looking for a Senior / Manager-level ServiceNow professional to take ownership of complex programmes and lead high-performing teams. Leading from the front on ServiceNow delivery, not just building, but shaping strategy and driving business impact.

What you'll be doing:

Leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (design → delivery → adoption)
Partnering with architects to define best-practice solutions
Managing stakeholders and steering governance, quality, and scope
Driving AI-driven use cases (automation, smart routing, insights)
Coaching consultants and building scalable delivery frameworks

What we're after:
