We are looking for a ServiceNow Now Assist Expert with strong hands-on experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Now Assist (Generative AI capabilities) and deep functional and technical knowledge of HRSD modules, case management, knowledge management, and employee service automation . This role requires collaboration with HR stakeholders, platform architects, and developers to enable intelligent automation, AI-driven knowledge delivery, and enhanced employee experience .
